Points to Note

1. Payments are strictly in cash/cheque terms and to be made upon confirmation of order at our shop. For orders made via the internet, please note that we only accept Paypal payment for orders of $100 and above. Alternatively you can do an internet bank transfer to our current bank account, DBS account no. 0119003774. We do not impose GST as we are not a GST registered company.

2 .We will produce artwork for stamps, seals or name cards upon your request and upon confirmation of order and payment made. Please check your artwork carefully to avoid any misunderstanding which may arise, as once you have confirmed, any other further alterations will incur cost to be bored by you once we start the production.

3. Artwork is preferred to be done via application Photoshop, Illustrator or Coreldraw, for better effect, as the resolutions are better and the end results will be to your satisfaction.

4. Colours you see on your computer monitors differs from the actual printout- if you are particular about the colour and want to make doubly sure, please come down to our office personally to view the printout proof.

5. Pictures on the website might differ slightly in colour or design from the actual product.

6. We will handle all your laminations with care. However, as in machines, there might be occasional hiccups or the unsuitability of the machine temperature according to the paper, or the paper might be wrinkled or crumpled which might cause damage to your paper. We will do our best but please note this before you decided to send in your very important documents for lamination. Please note that we will not be held responsible should any damages happen to the lamination as ample warning has been given beforehand.

7. Items ordered are usually self-collection. If you require delivery service, we will have to engage an external courier company which will cost $8.00 per trip. Postage charges will be subjected to the rates charged by Singpost and will be verified with the customer. Please allow 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive.

8. Items sold and payment made are strictly non-refundable. There will also be no refund of payment upon any cancellation.

We treasure all our customers and
we want to maintain our goodwill relationship with you for the long term. However there
might be times when misunderstandings might cross along the way and we would like
to avoid such situations as much as we can. Please kindly assist by reading the Points to Note to
avoid any disputes which might arise.

How to Pay

Upon confirmation of your order, you will be issued an invoice. Do a fund transfer to our DBS Current Bank Account No. 0119003774. After you have done with the transfer, scan the ATM slip and email to us. Upon confirmation that we have received the payment, we will proceed with your order and will inform you once the order is ready.
